Another Guardian To Be Appointed
(1) In case any Guardian dies or the Guardian cannot be retained due to prevalence of any situation pursuant to sub-section (4) of Section 22 or the Guardian
is retired pursuant to Section 27 or removed pursuant to Section.
28, the Children Welfare Officer shall, subject to Section 22, appoint another Guardian instead of such Guardian.
(2) If the Guardian, who is removed from the guardianship or is not retained as a Guardian pursuant to sub-section (1) has any property of the Child in his custody, he shall handover such property and the related documents to the office or person specified by the Children Welfare Officer.
